I’m a UX designer specialized in e-commerce websites. I help online stores improve usability, visual clarity, and conversion rates across key touchpoints such as navigation, product discovery, product pages, and checkout. My focus is on creating intuitive shopping experiences that make it easier for users to decide and buy, while supporting measurable business results.

I work with a structured UX process that combines user behavior analysis, business goals, and practical constraints. I identify friction points, translate insights into clear design solutions, and collaborate closely with developers and marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible and effective. I also leverage analytics and AI-assisted tools to support smarter decisions and continuous improvement.

I believe successful e-commerce experiences remove friction and guide users with confidence. My motivation is to simplify complex shopping journeys, reduce cognitive load, and help businesses convert traffic into long-term customers. I’m particularly interested in how AI can enhance e-commerce through smarter personalization, decision-making, and experience optimization.
